Hi! I’m Mary. I’m a keen club runner with a background as a dancer and performer, where my passion for movement first began. I later transitioned into the corporate marketing world. I’m now retraining for an L5 Sports Massage and Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy qualification at the highly regarded NLSSM. Here I am combining my understanding of the body with a desire to help others move freely and feel better.
